All of us at Butler Health System want you to be comfortable and confident in the care you receive. The Patient Advocate acts as a liaison to address the concerns of our patients and family members to ensure their experience is a positive one. In addition our staff can assist families with information or suggest local accommodations if the need should arise.
If you have a concern about your (or your loved ones) experience please discuss it with the Unit Director or Clinical Supervisor/Charge Nurse. If your concern remains unresolved, feel free to contact the Patient Advocate:
Contacting the Patient Advocate will not negatively affect your care.
We take all concerns very seriously and welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have. We do like to hear from our patients or family members to help us improve the patient experience. In addition, we welcome your feedback to learn what we are doing well.
If you'd like to recognize a staff person involved in your care who has gone "above and beyond" in their care or service please click here to share your story.
