Munir Elawar, MD named Medical Director for Stroke and Neurology.

Munir Elawar, MD has been named Medical Director for Stroke and Neurology at Butler Health System. Dr. Elawar has been a member of the BMH medical staff in the Department of Medicine for almost 25 years. During this time, he has been instrumental in leading the BMH efforts to develop and implement the stroke program resulting in BMH being recognized by the AHA Get With the Guidelines – Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement with Target: Stroke Honor Roll designation.
