1st Annual Community Memorial Service

BHS Palliative Care and BHS Medical Staff will co-sponsor the 1^st Annual Community Memorial Service on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Auditorium at Butler Memorial Hospital. The service will include a time of remembrance and education about preparing for the holidays after a loved one has died and will include uplifting music and a performance by She’lor School of Dance.

Each family in attendance will receive one free Wendell August Forge Memorial Snowflake Ornament (one per family). To have your loved ones’ name read and to receive an ornament registration must be received by October 27, 2017.
