Independence Health System (IHS) is privileged to be a healing presence in the communities they serve. Health care means more than just the physical treatment of patients within the walls of the hospital. It means supporting the community with education, services and monetary donations. Therefore, IHS welcomes the opportunity to be good partners in making the community healthy, safe, and an enjoyable place to live.
For sponsorship consideration, all requests must be from community not for profit organizations and fit within the values and strategic plan of Independence Health System. Sponsorship and donation priority is given to requests that support wellness and overall community health initiatives.
Sponsorship and donation requests for financial and in-kind contributions must include the appropriate supporting information and should be submitted using the Community Sponsorship/Donation Request form at least eight weeks prior to your needs.
Requesting organizations are required to fill out the form below in its entirety, including detailed information regarding your organization and event.
