Three stations cover all or parts of many townships and boroughs in Clarion, Forest, and Armstrong Counties. Clarion Hospital Emergency Medical Services stations include:
- Station 1, located at Clarion Hospital, covers all of Clarion and Strattanville Boroughs, as well as all or parts of Clarion, Highland, Limestone, Millcreek, Monroe, and Paint Townships.
- Station 3, located in Marienville, covers Marienville Borough, all or parts of Barnett, Green, Howe, Jenks, Kingsley, and Millstone Townships in Forest County, and Farmington and Washington Counties in Clarion County.
- Station 4, located in New Bethlehem, covers Hawthorn and New Bethlehem Boroughs, Porter and Redbank Townships in Clarion County, and Madison, Mahoning, and Redbank Townships in Armstrong County.
