Workforce Courses
- Work Hardening/Work Conditioning - Therapeutic and functional services designed to prepare an injured worker for a safe, expedient productive return to the work force.
- Post Offer Screening - Screening for new employees to determine if their current phyiscal abilities match requirements of the job. This helps decrease injury due to poor employee, job requirement match.
- Back School - This is a customized education program for employers and employees on reducing injury due to poor work postures and incorrect lifting techniques. This is an interactive program that emphasizes prevention concepts and application of those prevention concepts in workable solutions.
- Neck/Arm School - Provides a basis for discussion of the broad spectrum of repetitive work injury related issues: ergonomics, customized focus on workstations, psychosocial issues and human behaviors. It describes anatomy and biometrics of the working upper quarter and preventative actions for repetitive work injuries.
