NEW PHYSICIAN JOINS STAFF AT CLARION HOSPITAL
Clarion Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Landfried, D.O., to its medical staff. Board certified in anesthesiology, Dr. Landfried began working in the hospital’s operating room early in March.
In addition to providing anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery, Dr. Landfried also specializes in pain management and offers relief to those suffering from back and joint pain.
Dr. Landfried did his undergraduate work at Penn State and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. He fellowship trained in pain management at the University of Pittsburgh Pain Evaluation and Treatment Institute and is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Landfried is actively involved in the board of governors for the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists, having been president of the board.
Dr. Landfried has enjoyed 25 years in the medical profession. He has worked at several local hospitals including UPMC-Horizon and -Northwest and Dubois Regional Medical Center. He most recently worked at Bradford Regional Medical Center.
