| Family First Healthcare of Knox – previously, the Huston Family Health Center – closed, effective January 1, 2009. The clinic’s parent organization, Health Services of Clarion (HSC), which operates several physician offices around the county, made the decision after much deliberation.
“We are extremely concerned about the residents of the Knox area having easy access to health care,” said Connie Beichner, HSC executive director. “That is why Dr. Needham will now be practicing in Marianne.”
Dr. Ronni Needham is now seeing patients at Marianne Family Practice. The patient records from Family First were transferred to the Marianne office; however, if a patient wishes to have his or her chart sent to a different physician, HSC will honor those requests made by calling (814) 797-1276.
