Healthy Friends Challenge
sponsored by Clarion Hospital & the Clarion County YMCA
Here’s how it works.
• Call 226-1DOC(1362) to register. A $50 enrollment fee applies.
• Attend a members-only health fair on January 7 or 9 from 8 am - 12 pm to register your baseline health measurements, including cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, body fat, BMI, hip & waist measurements, and weight.
• Get $50 back in Healthy Friends Bucks to use toward one of the following: YMCA membership*, YMCA classes, nutrition coaching with a registered Clarion Hospital dietitian or Weight Watchers membership.
• Complete weekly challenges.
• Measure your results at the end of the 10 weeks at another health fair.
• Prizes awarded for reaching goals. Everyone who completes the program will receive a prize and be entered into the grand prize drawing for a weekend getaway for two.
