Clarion Hospital is delighted and proud when a positive experience at our facility becomes an occasion for giving. Many times, our patients and their loved ones ask how they can support the hospital for the care they received or for the contributions we make to our community's health and well-being.
Clarion Hospital Foundation provides the opportunity for you to say "thank you" in a special manner. Gifts to the Foundation help expand the hospital's future and benefit it in a variety of ways -- by buying needed equipment, providing continuing education for our staff, augmenting patient education and funding special projects.
Contributors to the Foundation have a variety of giving options. They may give to the Foundation general fund, which meets the hospital's most immediate needs, or make a planned gift, which may provide income and tax benefits to the donor and his or her loved ones while also benefitting the hospital. MISSION
The primary mission and concern of Clarion Hospital are the health and welfare of its patients and the entire surrounding community. Clarion Hospital Foundation exists to support the hospital mission and to provide a vital link between the hospital system and the surrounding community. Through the processes of strategic and financial development, the Foundation will enhance the public's awareness of health care and the hospital's services; secure charitable gifts; increase its current endowment to generate a permanent source of investment income; and regularly distribute financial assistance to the surrounding community and the hospital to enhance health care education, technical resources and quality patient care. By these activities, the Clarion Hospital Foundation will serve to lead the way for the surrounding community's health care stability and growth in the twenty-first century.
In addition, joining the Clarion Hospital Ambassadors is another way to support the facility. Through social interaction and special events, this volunteer group raises money and helps foster a positive image in the community for the hospital.
